Fashion and women’s empowerment is at the heart of everything we do at Shake Baby Shake. For this reason, we were thrilled to support the Smart Works Fashion Sale on 17 & 18 June at The Truman Brewery on Brick Lane where guests were treated to a weekend of guilt-free, sustainable shopping at its best.

Smart Works is a UK charity that harnesses the power of clothes and coaching to transform a woman’s confidence. Their service is carefully designed, with kindness and respect. Each client receives a bespoke dressing consultation to find a beautiful and high quality interview outfit that will fill her with confidence. This is followed by a one-to-one coaching session with an expert interview coach, unlocking her potential and enabling her to succeed at interview.

The recent Smart Works Fashion Sale raised in excess of £35,000 by selling clothes which were kindly donated by individuals and retailers. 100% of proceeds went to Smart Works, helping to support and empower women into work. Shake Baby Shake generously supported the pop-up sale by gifting complimentary cocktails to all shoppers to encourage attendance and ensure all guests had a first-class experience.
